Italian Job Rollercoaster
I love movies with cool cars and awesome chase scenes -- Ronin, The Fast and the Furious, Gone in 60 seconds, Driven...to name a few.
And of course, how can one forget those sup'd up Mini's in The Italian Job zipping through the crowded streets (sometimes sidewalks) of L.A., racing down stairs, jumping in front of subway trains...I envied Marky Mark for having that much fun making the movie, and a few other things I guess.
Thankfully, there is now a way for you and I to experience that thrill -- The All New Italian Job Stunt Track at Paramount's Kings Island (Cincinatti OH). Riders will board their very own Mini Cooper S, each a 75% replica of the red, white, and blue Mini from the movie, complete with working headlights. The Minis twist through a parking garage, race down stairs, chase through tunnels, escapes explosions and finally crashes through a billboard to finish things off. wheeeeww....how much are flights to Cincy?
btw, there's also one at the Wonderland in Toronto, if you live in Canada.
